My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were huge, clean, very modern, and had great facilities, making my experience comfortable and very spacious. All the staff were fantastic, especially if you are traveling from overseas. However, the location is not really close to dining and shopping areas, which could be a downside.

I was impressed by the spacious and immaculate suite with a kitchen and living area, and the fridge was larger than what I've seen in most hotels. However, the service was disappointing as they were rude and not open to communication, failing to apply my valid discount. The location couldn't be better, near many London attractions, but the dining experience left much to be desired with limited continental options in plastic containers.

I stayed in a lovely executive suite on the 4th floor. The rooms were so clean and spacious, but I couldn't open the balcony/window, and the heating system was a bit too hot at times. The hotel's location was great, right next to the tube station for Tower Bridge and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The dining experience, however, was overpriced and of poor quality. The facilities were modern and well-kept.

The dining experience was better in the restaurant than in the room, and the classic fried fish was a hit. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
